These early-access terms explain the basic rules for using HighlightOps. They are not a guarantee of results or legal advice.

Rights to submitted content

You must own or be authorized to submit any source content. By submitting a source, you allow HighlightOps to download/capture it as needed to create private draft assets for review.

Approval and publishing

HighlightOps creates private drafts. Nothing is posted publicly, scheduled to your channels, or used as a public portfolio example unless separately approved.

No guaranteed performance

HighlightOps may help discover, package, and improve content operations, but does not guarantee views, revenue, follower growth, or platform outcomes.

Plan scope

Plans include reasonable source-processing, asset, revision, reporting, and support limits. Work outside plan scope may require an upgrade, custom quote, or declined request.

Unsafe or unclear requests

HighlightOps may reject or pause work involving unclear rights, sensitive personal information, harassment, doxxing, illegal activity, minors, or reputationally risky material.
